As an engineer, you can join us as a project leader or project engineer within one of our specialties. From day one, you’ll receive the necessary information and guidance from a mentor. Depending on your needs, you can take internal and external training, and our HR team is always available to support you.

What can you expect after your application?
The moment you apply to us, your application process starts. HR examines whether there could be a good match. If it is, we invite you for an interview. This can take place by phone or through MsTeams, but can also take place at our headquarters in Gentbrugge.
If the match still appears to be a good one, you will be invited for an interview with the person in charge. You may also take tests relevant to the job. These tests help us get a good view of your skills. You certainly don't have to worry about it!
If everything has gone positively, you will receive a salary proposal from us. You will have time to sort everything out. Do you agree with our proposal? Fantastic! Then we plan a contract meeting, at which you can also sign your contract.
Contract in your pocket? Congratulations! You can expect a warm welcome and an introduction to your colleagues. HR and a team of colleagues, including your mentor, will guide you and provide the necessary training so that you are integrated into the team as soon as possible! After a 6-week period, a follow-up meeting is scheduled with HR to hear how things are going in your new position.
